222 FNUS53 KLBF 240919 FWFLBF Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western and North Central for Nebraska National Weather Service North Platte NE 419 AM CDT Mon Jun 24 2024 .DISCUSSION... Showers and thunderstorms Wednesday through Sunday have the potential to produce rainfall or an inch or greater across parts of western and north central Nebraska. Elevated fire weather conditions are expected across western Nebraska this afternoon. The concern is humidity between 15 and 20 percent. Isolated thunderstorms are possible today and Tuesday. These storms may produce little or no rainfall and gusty winds which could spark grass fires across southwest Nebraska.
