This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A few thunderstorms are possible Thursday evening across portions of
north central and into central Nebraska. The stronger storms may
pose a threat for hail and gusty winds but widespread severe weather
is not expected.

Increasing temperatures and humidity will lead to heat indices in the
low 100s on Friday and Saturday. A heat advisory has been issued for
locations generally east of a line from Imperial to Valentine from
Friday morning through Saturday evening. See the latest headline for

Near-daily thunderstorm chances return on Sunday night through
Tuesday night. The severe risk remains uncertain at this time.
