* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of western and north central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/ early this morning to 5 PM MST /6
  PM CST/ this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines.
  Sporadic power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
