precipitation for North Platte and Valentine...

For North Platte, the average daily mean temperature in November was
40.6 degrees which was 3.6 degrees above the normal of 37.0 degrees.
The average daily high temperature for the month was 56.4 degrees
which was 3.8 degrees above the normal of 52.6 degrees. The average
daily low temperature for November was 24.7 degrees which was 3.3
degrees above the normal 21.4 degrees. Two daily record temperatures
were set during the month of November for North Platte. On the 2nd,
the high in North Platte was 82 degrees, tying the record high
temperature of 82 degrees set also in 2005. On the 14th, the high
temperature in North Platte was 82 degrees breaking the record of
78 degrees set previously in 1990 and 1894.

For Valentine, the average daily mean temperature in November was
40.2 degrees which was 4.0 degrees above the normal of 36.2 degrees. The
average daily high temperature for month was 54.6 degrees which was
4.0 degrees above the normal of 50.6 degrees. The average daily low
temperature for the month was 25.8 degrees which was 4.0 degrees
above the normal of 21.8 degrees. One daily temperature record was
set during the month of November at Valentine. On the 14th, the high
temperature was 81 degrees breaking the record high temperature
of 79 degrees set previously in 1990.

At Lee Bird Field in North Platte, precipitation for November
totaled 0.23 inches which was 0.26 inches below the normal of 0.49
inches. No daily precipitation records were set during the month of
November in North Platte. Snowfall for November totaled 0.4 inches
which was 2.4 inches below the normal of 3.0 inches. No daily
snowfall records were set during the month of November for North
Platte.

At Miller Field in Valentine, precipitation for November totaled
0.22 inches which was 0.35 inches below the normal of 0.57 inches.
No daily precipitation records were set during the month of November
for Valentine. Snowfall for November totaled 1.8 inches which was
2.8 inches below the normal of 4.6 inches. No daily snowfall
records were set during the month of November for Valentine.
