* Until 900 PM CDT.

* At 817 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southeast
  of Atkinson, or 13 miles west of O`Neill, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  O`Neill, Inman, and Emmet.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 20 between mile markers 292 and 315.
 Highway 281 between mile markers 169 and 192.
