  Southern Garden County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...

* Until 315 AM MDT.

* At 223 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of
  Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuge, or 14 miles northwest of
  Oshkosh, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oshkosh, Bluewater Battlefield State Historical Park, Dogtown
  Flats, and Sugar Loaf Hill.
