* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
  Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 4.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 4.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate above flood stage with a
    maximum value of 5.4 feet Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

* WHERE...Vermilion River at Lafayette, Surrey Street Gage.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor flooding of Heymann Park off of
  Highway 90 will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 10.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.5
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
