* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
  Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 4.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 4.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 5.0
    feet early Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

  Highway 90 will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 10.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 9.4 feet
    Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
