  Coastal waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA out 20 NM...

* Until 630 AM CDT.

* At 615 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near East Cameron
  23, or 11 nm southwest of White Lake, moving north at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
