The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 430 AM CDT.

* At 400 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near West Cameron 398, or 24 nm east of
  High Island A80, moving south at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Cameron 398.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
