1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.30 inches over the Great Lakes will slowly sag
southeast through Friday, weakening to 30.00 inches. Low pressure
29.60 inches will move through the region on Saturday and extend a
cold front across the lake on Saturday night. High pressure 30.30
inches will build from the north for Sunday into Monday.
