1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.50 inches over southern New England will shift
south along the East Coast through Monday. A weak cold front will
drop across Lake Erie Monday afternoon. High pressure 30.50 inches
will return from the north on Tuesday then depart to the east
Wednesday to allow a warm front to lift across the lake.
