.SYNOPSIS...
A front remains stalled over Lake Erie before advancing southeastward
and away from the lake late Sunday morning through afternoon as a
weak frontal low of 30.00 inches moves generally northeastward
through the eastern Great Lakes and vicinity. Behind the front, a
ridge averaging 30.40 inches builds from the north-central United
States through Monday and then begins to exit toward New England
Monday night through Tuesday. Accordingly, a warm front will sweep
northeastward across Lake Erie Monday night. On Wednesday, a cold
front should sweep eastward across Lake Erie as a low of 29.10
inches moves northeastward from the southwestern Great Lakes
toward northern New England and vicinity. Behind the cold front,
a trough averaging 29.90 inches should linger over the Lake Erie
region through this Thursday.
