Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... Low pressure 29.60 inches will consolidate over the upper Mississippi River Valley today and deepen to 29.20 inches over the northern lake on Wednesday. This system will extend a strong cold front across the lake on Wednesday. The low will be slow to move through Ontario and Quebec on Thursday and Friday and a residual trough averaging 29.80 inches will remain across the lake, weakening with time. High pressure 30.50 inches will enter for Saturday.
