Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.10 inches will build southeast over the region
tonight through Wednesday night before a cold front tracks east
across the Great Lakes late Thursday into Friday. High pressure
29.90 inches will return to the Great Lakes over the weekend.
