the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 30.00 inches will linger tonight, followed by a
ridge averaging 30.20 on Thursday. Low pressure 29.80 inches will
move east through the Ohio Valley Friday into Friday night. A
ridge averaging 30.10 inches will briefly build across the area on
Saturday, followed by a strong cold front late Sunday.
