Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 29.80 inches will linger over the eastern
fringe of Lake Erie today as high pressure 30.20 inches builds
east over the western and central basins of the lake. The high
will exit to the east tonight into Tuesday as low pressure 29.80
inches moves east from the Middle Mississippi Valley into the Ohio
Valley. High pressure 30.20 inches will build in from the north
Wednesday before low pressure 29.80 inches moves northeast from
the southern Plains and into the Midwest Thursday into Friday.
