For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A stationary front will oscillate near Lake Erie through mid week
with areas of low pressure around 29.90 inches rippling along it.
It then passes through as a cold front Thursday with high pressure
30.20 inches building in for the end of the week and the weekend.
