1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure of 30.50 inches will strengthen over the eastern
Great Lakes today before moving off the New England Coast
Wednesday. The next cold front slides south across Lake Erie
Thursday night. High pressure of 30.40 inches will build over the
eastern Great Lakes again Friday into Saturday.
