Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 30.20 inches will gradually weaken ahead of a
cold front on Thursday night. High pressure of 30.40 inches builds
over the eastern Great Lakes again Friday into Saturday before a
warm front lifts north across the lake on Sunday.
