For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A cold front will slowly move east across Lake Erie tonight as
low pressure 29.80 inches lifts northeast into Quebec. The front
will exit to the east Thursday morning, allowing high pressure
30.10 inches to build over the region. The high will exit to the
north Friday as the remnants of Helene move into the Ohio and
Tennessee valleys. This system will extend a trough averaging
30.00 inches over the lower Great Lakes over the weekend.
