Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.40 inches will build from the southwest tonight
and remain over the Ohio River Valley through Tuesday night. Low
pressure 29.60 inches will move through the Great Lakes on
Wednesday and extend a cold front across the lake on Wednesday
afternoon. High pressure 30.20 inches will enter for Thursday.
Strong low pressure 29.40 inches will move through the northern
Lakes on Friday and extend a cold front across the lake on Friday
night.
