1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

High pressure 30.20 inches will persist into Tuesday. Low
pressure 29.30 inches will move east near Hudson Bay on Wednesday,
extending a cold front across Lake Erie on Thursday.
