Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A cold front will move southeast across Lake Erie through this
evening. A ridge of high pressure averaging 30.00 inches builds
across the Lower Great Lakes on Sunday and remains overhead
through Monday. Low pressure 29.60 inches moving through the
Central Plains will lift a warm front across the Ohio Valley
Tuesday into Wednesday.
