Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge of high pressure 30.20 inches will persist across Lake
Erie through Wednesday night. Another area of high pressure over
eastern Canada of 30.30 inches will influence the eastern Great
Lakes Friday into Saturday.
