Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system pulls a cold front across the region through Tuesday morning. The low then stalls near the eastern Great Lakes while high pressure builds into the western Great Lakes Tuesday into Thursday. This maintains a period of moderate northerly flow through midweek.
