312 FZUS63 KDTX 182049 GLFLH Open Lake Forecast for Lake Huron National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac MI 349 PM EST Tue Nov 18 2025 For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.90 inches, will track across the Ohio Valley today while high pressure of 30.20 inches holds across the northern Great Lakes. This high will sustain dry conditions and light winds across Lake Huron. The high will expand south across Lower Michigan on Wednesday and drift east of the region by Thursday. Deepening low pressure over northern Ontario Thursday will drive a weak cold front across the region Thursday night.
