For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A series of low pressure systems that are traveling
from the Plains into the James Bay this weekend will continue to
support south to southwest flow this weekend. The next likely
chance for active weather will enter Monday into Tuesday morning
when a strong cold front crosses the Great Lakes. Wind direction
backs from southwest to north after the passage of the front.

.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the south in
the late evening and early morning...then increasing to 10 to
15 knots early in the morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots
in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet late
in the afternoon.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.MONDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the west in the
late morning and early afternoon...then becoming northwest 5 to
10 knots early in the afternoon. A chance of showers in the
morning...then showers likely in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet early in the afternoon.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Showers likely.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming west 15 to
20 knots with gusts to around 30 knots late in the morning...then
becoming northwest 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales
late in the afternoon decreasing to 10 to 15 knots late in the
evening. Waves 2 feet or less building to 4 to 6 feet. Waves
occasionally around 8 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots early in the morning
becoming light and variable...then becoming north 5 to 10 knots
in the late evening and early morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots until early morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
