Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front sags into the western Great Lakes tonight
tied to low pressure over northern Ontario. Low pressure, 29.20
inches, then rapidly develops along said front and moves over
Michigan Sunday, bringing increasing potential to see gales for
most of Lake Huron. A Gale Watch is in effect late Sunday
afternoon through Sunday night.
