1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, gradually works across
the region this morning maintaining weaker winds. Low pressure,
29.60 inches, is forecast to lift directly across the central
Great Lakes from the Midwest tonight into Sunday, bringing
widespread snow and a few hour period of gales over Lake Huron
late Sunday.

.TODAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the southeast
in the afternoon. A chance of snow in the afternoon. Waves 3 to
5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late morning and
afternoon.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots late in the evening...then increasing to 20 to 25 knots
after midnight decreasing to 15 to 20 knots early in the morning.
A chance of snow in the evening...then snow after midnight. Snow
may be heavy at times. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 6 to 9 feet.
Waves occasionally around 12 feet.
.SUNDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots backing to the north in the
late morning and early afternoon...then becoming northwest to
30 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales early in the afternoon. Snow
