Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.20 inches, will persist across the eastern Great Lakes today and tonight. Low pressure, 29.60 inches, is forecast to develop over western Lake Superior Wednesday. This system will drive a strong cold front across Lake Huron Wednesday night as it lifts into northern Ontario, triggering showers and a few thunderstorms. Much cooler air will advance across the Great Lakes in the wake of this system and will persist across the area into the weekend.
