Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...High pressure tracks north of the Great Lakes today. A low pressure system follows a stalled front from the central Plains into the Ohio Valley this weekend. Another area of high pressure then builds into northern Ontario on Sunday.
