For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.90 inches, will track across the Ohio
Valley today while high pressure of 30.20 inches holds across the
northern Great Lakes. This high will sustain dry conditions and
light winds across Lake Huron. The high will expand south across
Lower Michigan on Wednesday and drift east of the region by
Thursday. Deepening low pressure over northern Ontario Thursday
will drive a weak cold front across the region Thursday night.

.TODAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots in the morning becoming
light and variable. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in
the late morning and afternoon.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots early in the morning
becoming light and variable. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming southwest
5 to 10 knots in the late evening and overnight. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.THURSDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 15 to
20 knots. A chance of rain late in the morning. Rain likely late
in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less building to 2 to 4 feet.
.FRIDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest 10 to
15 knots in the late evening and early morning. Waves 4 to
6 feet. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots in the late evening and early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
