For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.60 inches, builds into Quebec today
leading to continued modest east-northeast winds over the central
Great Lakes with mainly dry conditions. Sporadic light shower
chances exist over Lake St. Clair and western Erie tonight. A
weak low pressure system should emerge over the northern portion
of the Ohio Valley on Wednesday, and could lead to slightly
broader coverage of showers for the south-central Great Lakes on
Wednesday.
