For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, gradually works across
the region into Saturday allowing winds to slowly decrease.
Another low, 29.60 inches, is forecast to lift directly across
the central Great Lakes from the Midwest Saturday night Sunday,
bringing widespread snow and a few hour period of potential gales
over Lake Huron late day Sunday.

EVENING...

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to around
30 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots. A chance of snow in the
evening. Waves 8 to 12 feet subsiding to 4 to 6 feet early in the
morning. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the east
early in the afternoon...then veering to the southeast late in
the afternoon. A chance of snow in the afternoon. Waves 3 to
5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late morning and
afternoon.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to
15 to 20 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of
snow in the evening...then snow after midnight. Snow may be heavy
at times. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 6 to 9 feet in the late
evening and overnight. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.
.SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north 15 to 20 knots
in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming northwest
to 30 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales early in the afternoon.
