Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...High pressure over New England migrates to the Mid- Atlantic this evening. A weak low pressure system, 29.80 inches, will then move over Michigan tonight through Tuesday night which will bring scattered to numerous rain showers and some embedded thunderstorms. A warm and stormy pattern is likely Wednesday into Thursday ahead of the next cold front on Friday.
