For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Southwesterly winds out ahead of an approaching cold
front will continue over the area though this afternoon before
shifting to the northwest behind the front. Occasional showers
will also be possible through Friday before drier conditions move
in later Friday.

15 knots late in the afternoon. A chance of showers. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots with gusts to around 30 knots in the late morning and
afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the late
morning and afternoon.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to
around 30 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots. Waves 3 to 5 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet after midnight.
.SATURDAY...Light and variable winds becoming southeast 5 to
10 knots late in the afternoon...then becoming south 10 to
15 knots late in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest 15 to
20 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then veering
to the west with gusts to around 30 knots . A chance of showers
early in the morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 4 to 6 feet .
Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.

in the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the
late evening and overnight.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Gusts to 30 knots early
in the afternoon. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around
8 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to
around 30 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots after midnight.
