For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over Lake Huron today, 30.25 inches,
is ensuring dry conditions and light winds. As high pressure moves
east, winds will become more uniformly from the south-southwest
Thursday morning. A weak cold front tracks across the region
Thursday night, supporting increasing rain chances.

.REST OF TODAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots early in the morning
becoming light and variable. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming southwest 5 to
10 knots in the late evening and overnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots early in the afternoon. A chance of rain in the
afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to
15 to 20 knots in the late evening and early morning...then
becoming west 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Rain likely. Waves
2 to 4 feet.
.FRIDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots
late in the morning...then becoming northwest 10 to 15 knots late
in the afternoon decreasing to 5 to 10 knots late in the evening.
Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet late in the evening.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the south.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the west
early in the evening...then decreasing to 5 to 10 knots in the
late evening and early morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
