For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, peels away from the
region early this morning with weakening low pressure, averaging
29.90 inches, quickly trailing in its wake. This low crosses the
region late today through Saturday bringing a period of unsettled
weather including waterspout chances. Weak ridging then develops
by late weekend.

.TODAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots. Showers in the afternoon.
Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots veering to the west
late in the evening...then decreasing to 10 to 15 knots after
midnight veering to the northwest early in the morning. A chance
of waterspouts in the evening. Showers likely. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.SATURDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the northeast
in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming east 5 to
10 knots early in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots early in the evening...then veering to the south in the
late evening and early morning. A chance of showers in the late
evening and early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to
3 feet in the late evening and early morning.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.

30 knots becoming southwest 15 to 20 knots late in the evening...
then becoming west 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Showers. Waves
5 to 7 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet early in the morning. Waves
occasionally around 10 feet.
.SATURDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late evening and overnight.
.SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
