For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A stalled low pressure system will deepen over the
western Great Lakes tonight. This will result in southerly winds
topping out in the 20 to 30 knot range tonight and Wednesday.
This system will drag a slow moving cold front across the region
late Wednesday. The low weakens and tracks through the northern
Lakes on Thursday, then a strong cold front tracks southward
across the region on Friday.

5 to 10 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of rain
in the evening. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. A chance of rain in
the morning...then rain in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming north 15 to
20 knots by midnight...then increasing to 20 to 25 knots after
midnight. Rain. Waves 2 feet or less building to 3 to 5 feet in
the late evening and overnight.

15 knots late in the afternoon. A chance of rain. Waves 3 to
5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet late in the evening.
