Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front sinks across the Great Lakes early this morning, with high pressure then passing across northern Ontario the rest of the day. The cold front stalls near the southern Great Lakes into Thursday. Another cold front passes southward through the region Thursday night into early Friday.
