For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A slowly deepening area of low pressure (29.50 inches)
tracking just north of the northern Great Lakes tonight will drag
a cold front through the Central Great Lakes tomorrow. Scattered
light showers are possible. Brisk cold air behind the front will
support northwest gusts of 25 to 30 knots over northern Lake
Huron Thursday evening and night.

chance of showers after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to
3 to 5 feet after midnight.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around
30 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots early in the afternoon...
then becoming west 15 to 20 knots late in the afternoon. A chance
of showers in the morning. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally
around 8 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Waves 5 to
7 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west 10 to
15 knots early in the afternoon. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves
occasionally around 8 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming light and
variable. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late
evening and overnight.
.SATURDAY...Light and variable winds becoming southeast 5 to
10 knots late in the afternoon...then becoming light and variable
late in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Light and variable winds. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...Light and variable winds becoming south 5 to 10 knots
in the late morning and early afternoon...then backing to the
southeast . Waves 2 feet or less.
