Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A cold front has cleared the Central Great Lakes this morning. Strong westerly winds the rest of today through Thursday will usher in colder air to the region. Winds will frequently gust between 25- 30 knots, with localized brief gusts to gales possible over the open waters of Lake Huron.
