Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure system follows a stalled front from the central Plains into the Ohio Valley this weekend. A broad area of high pressure then builds into northern Ontario and the northern Great Lakes Sunday into Monday.
