For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong arctic cold front arrives this afternoon
bringing a period of increased southwesterly flow ahead of it and
briefly stronger northwest winds in its wake tonight into
Thursday morning. Much colder air moves into the region which
activates lake effect snow showers and is favorable for freezing
spray through the late week period.

A chance of waterspouts in the morning. Scattered snow showers.
