For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure , 30.20 inches, will slide eastward
tonight towards the New England region. A strong arctic cold
front arrives Wednesday afternoon bringing a period of increased
southwesterly flow tonight ahead of it and briefly stronger
northwest winds in its wake Wednesday night into Thursday
morning.

20 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of snow
after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 6 to 9 feet. Waves
occasionally around 12 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to
25 knots with gusts to around 30 knots in the late morning and
afternoon. A chance of snow. Waves 8 to 12 feet. Waves
occasionally around 15 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots becoming west
to 30 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of snow.
Freezing spray and a chance of waterspouts after midnight. Waves
8 to 12 feet. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to around
30 knots becoming west 15 to 20 knots early in the afternoon.
