Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.20 inches, tracks through northern Ontario today bringing moderate to strong southwesterly winds to the central Great Lakes this morning. A brief break in the active pattern develops late Monday through Tuesday before deepening Plains low pressure reaches the Great Lakes midweek.
