...The National Weather Service in New Orleans LA has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Mississippi...

  Biloxi River Near Lyman affecting Harrison County.

For the Biloxi River...including Wortham, Lyman...Moderate flooding
is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Biloxi River near Lyman.

* WHEN...From this evening to Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Major flooding will occur in Retreat and
  Riverland Village Subdivisions at the 16 foot stage. Homes on
  lower Fisherman Trail will remain flooded and lower River Road
  will be impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 16.0 feet tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
