.DISCUSSION...

A rainy pattern will continue to wet the ground and fuels into
Monday before beginning to dry out. Minimum RH values will remain
well above any critical thresholds due to this rainier period of
weather. Fog will not be a significant concern through the early
portion of the week. A cold front should move offshore with rain
chances confined to the coast by later Monday or Tuesday. Minimum
RH values will fall slightly, but will still be well above any
critical thresholds through at least Wednesday. Winds will shift
to the northeast and increase to 10 to 15 mph with higher gusts
through the end of next week.
