.DISCUSSION...
Minimum relative humidity values are expected to remain above
critical levels with areas north of Interstates 10 and
12 experiencing humidities of 40 to 50 percent through today.
Areas to the south of this will see humidities of 50 to
60 percent. Better chances of showers and storms exist today, but
a wetting rainfall is not expected. Rainfall amounts this week
are expected to be one half inch or less, and many areas could
remain dry.
