.DISCUSSION...

The primary operational concern will be another round of dense fog
developing over the operational area tonight into tomorrow morning.
A dense fog advisory is in effect from midnight to 9 am. Visibilities
are expected to be reduced to one quarter mile or less at times
in this dense fog.  Outside of the fog concerns, temperatures will
be warmer than average with lows only cooling into the lower 60s
tonight and highs climbing into the lower 80s tomorrow.  No rain
is forecast to occur.  Winds will be southerly at 5 to 10 mph this
afternoon and again tomorrow.  Winds will turn nearly calm tonight.
