Min RH values will remain in the 40-50% range through the first
half of this week. The lowest RH values will favor areas north of
I-10/12 but winds are not currently expected to be strong enough,
remaining below 10mph, for significant fire weather concerns.
More moisture moves back into the area by mid week increasing RH
values.
